“Platinum service comes with a complete wash, including truck beds. Not only was my truck bed not washed, it wasn’t even cleaned out. The techs also left wax compound on seams of my truck. Their attention to detail was sub par. Wish there was a way to send pictures of my truck bed. Overall very disappointed in the service that was provided. ”

“My husband states we were ripped off as there were multiple white stains on the drivers door and a stain on the back seat that he was able to remove. I had the technician redo multiple areas twice and to vaccum again as there were numerous pet hair areas and a back seat that had dirt in the seat crevice. The technician stated we did not have to leave our windows open as he used a drying agent on our seats and carpet. My husband would like to know what this is and how such a lengthy detail job took less than two hours with the technician taking a lunch break. He stated he saw him do this. For 290$, we expected showroom quality like many other reviews on your website. That was not the case for us. I too thought the the length of time he took to perform the platinum service was far short of what it should have been, my immaculate 2025 car takes an hour to just perform and inside/out service. I would not recommend the company. ”
