“The tech showed up two hours late and I was not able to do a post walk through because it had gotten dark and he said he needed to leave.
Things were left wet. I expected things like the glove box and console to be dried with a rag or something.
The cup holders at the back of the console were not cleaned, nor was the truck cleaned under the front seats.
The tech was very nice and polite. Afraid of dogs. He should be trained on how to interact with dogs.
I tipped him without being able to go over everything.
I would like to share photos I took of the parts he did not clean. Having paid nearly $300, I expected better service.”

“I was impressed with how quickly this all happened! I went on the internet and searched for car detailing companies and this one popped up right away. Kareem and Tyisha came over right on time. They were super friendly and did an amazing job with my car. I was very pleased and will use them again!”

“Your third-party contractor Sporties LLC sent out a tech this morning. They finished at approx. 1015. The tech did a good job, however, he accidentally left with both keys to my car (ie I had no spare). I called Sporties within five minutes of him leaving. Rather than send the tech back, they directed him to drive to and complete another job over an hour away. I spoke to multiple "receptionists" at Sporties, and ultimately the owner, who told me at 1230 my keys would be returned within the hour. I called twice more, before contacting Detail.com directly. I did not receive my keys back until after 330.
It completely defeats the purpose of having a detail service at your home to save time when I was unable to use my vehicle--through no fault of my own-- for nearly six hours after completion of the service. My entire day was tied up trying to get in contact with someone about getting my keys back. Sporties provided no updates or calls back.”
