“One half of the crew sent did an excellent job. The gentleman responsible for shampooing the interior carpet said he could not do it because of the odor and wetness it could create. The gentleman had a wet vac... Duh! I paid for a TITANIUM detailing package at $332 plus a generous gratuity. I also ask that the Detailer be assigned from Burlington not Philly.
