“Ken missed spots when waxing. where he did apply the wax, you can see streaks like there was not enough applied. He left while I was not around but told my wife it's not coming out the way it should, so he gave her his number and said to call, and he would come back and buff it again at no charge to us. I called set up a time and of course he never returned, he was paid and tipped as well. I call that pretty poor customer service, I will not be recommending your services to anyone. We paid a premium Price 1,086.00 dollars and did not receive that kind of service. I also let him use my ladders which he did not put up just left them laying on the ground, also had to pick up his drink cans he left. i would like to hear from someone on this matter. Doug Pillow ”

“Terrible job. Dirt was just pushed around on the seats. Was not cleaned and removed. Windows are dirty. I paid extra for a full interior stain removal and the seats look awful. You can wipe wet dirt out of every place in the car. Soap was still in the trunk. Everything had a film on it ”
