“I'm really surprised at how poorly the interior of both vehicles were done. When I've used your service in the past the dashboard and other areas had a nice shiny appearance but this time neither vehicle did. The Escape is the one that I'm more disappointed with, it's a brand new car, I bought it 6 months ago these complaints are from previous details. It didn't have the "I've just been detailed" smell and honestly it smelled like smoke. I have pictures of the area's that were not cleaned properly but I'm unable to attach to the survey. The interior door handles all have a cloudy film on them, the dashboard looks like it was wiped with a dry cloth, the leather seats are barely clean, theres a new scratch on the drivers side interior door panel, product overspray that wasn't wiped off which left dripping streaks. The exterior was okay. There's overspray of something on the lower black plastic section, again not shiny, very dull. Pls call me. ”
