“After the detailer was finished with my car, it seemed kind of dull, and I felt I had to do the inside front and back windows myself. I ended up taking it to the Superior car wash for help. But the worst part was. the detailer didn't use a canopy and the hood of my car looked like the paint had been almost entirely removed. I purposely had the car detailed to use for a trade in. I know the hood was not in perfect shape so I didn't say anything at the time, but when I looked it over, it looked like it didn't even belong to my car. I was told that anytime you wax a car in the sunlight, it is extra hard on the paint surface. I almost didn't get the trade in I wanted. He also sprayed something on my dashboard instruments (radio) and it seeped inside making my car look older than it already was. Sorry for this report, but I had to think it over before saying anything. I never want to cause unnecessary trouble, but honestly, I was very disappointed. Thank you for asking ”
