“ So I liked the gentlemen that provided the service for my three vehicles today. They did a good job. My question to you, car detailing.com, is can you send them every two weeks for me? Reason I ask is I didn't know that the gentleman work for their own company. So not to be sour but when you ask how you guys did today, it should be how SHINE Mobile Detail Service did today. All you guys did was scheduled them to come out to my house. A little misleading I must say. So once again unless you can guarantee them two to come out on a every other week basis which I don't think you can I think I'd rather have their service provide me what I need. Not you guys. Thanks. ”

“Very professional and patient employees! I was late for my appointment by almost 40 min!
Good job but not great. I was bummed as I spent quite a bit on the service. Trunk was not vacuumed out as mentioned and the seats weren't spotless which again I expected.
We are searching for a regular service for our employees but not convinced this is the one for us.
Again, great folks who came out but not as detailed as I expected for the cost.

“Service provided was excellent and I'm thrilled with the quality of the work. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 was that provider did not arrive at the scheduled time.. However, he did call me periodically to let me know when he would arrive.”
