“There is still a lot of accumulated dirt when I really looked after the technician left. Of course the car looked great. However, there are a lot of small bits of dirt on the exterior surface. It feels sort of gritty.The really hard parts where dirt has built up did not get much attention. I have had better results with previous detailing. I bought new floor mats so I had the wet mats removed and new ones installed. I gave him a 20% tip.”

“They were very diligent and made the car look brand new instead of 15 years old. An oil stain on the driver's fabric seat was also removed. ”

“The tech worked long and hard and the interior of my car looks brand new (I only contracted for the interior).
My only issue would be the communication due to a language barrier. But the tech said he is learning English. Great.
Also I would suggest “cash” be one of the options under tipping. I prefer to tip anybody that serves me in cash. You never know if the person needs his/her tip money right away. ”
