“Detailer worked very hard but had no equipment beyond a shop vac and scrub brush and pail. I don’t consider this shampooing carpets and upholstery. For $160 for just the interior, I expected a commercial extraction method. The car is clean but I was really looking for stain removal. ”

“Appreciated all the communication. On-time and only took 2 hours. Only constructive feedback is the glass has smears, front and back windows and side view mirrors, not terrible, but not perfect. Also, i had to re-set my seat settings, headrest, etc. Overall very pleased.”
