“The engine bay was the only thing left uncleaned. I did not check it specifically before they left, which I should have. By the looks of it, it seems they were not aware of it being a part of the package I purchased. I will have to reschedule an appointment as it is a requirement of me shipping it.
The spots in the car were sufficiently cleaned out where there was an accident by a child. The rest of the vehicle looks fine. I'll have to go back and clean the individual compartments like under the armrest (just small particles), but I was aware of that prior to them leaving.
Overall, it was a good experience.”

“The van windows were left very dirty. We could not see out of them any better. The cup holders still had trash in them and none of small details were done. The car's windows were also very dirty and overall both cars were not done professionally. He was on the phone the entire time and we will never use this service again.”
