“Just not clean. There was dirt all along the bottom of the car trim. The engine area was not cleaned although it was supposed to be included in the package. He did not clean above the tires. He did not wipe the doors inside along the bottom where the door closes. Carpets were not cleaned. When you roll the window down you could see He didn't fully clean it. The guy and his wife did not speak English at all and could not communicate unless he used Google translate which wasn't much help. He asked to connect to our wifi because his phone was broken. Won't be using this site again. Waste of almost $300. The guy didn't seem to have much experience with cleaning cars at all. ”

“The carpet and mats were not clean and he said they needed soap…why did he not bring soap to wash carpet and mats? The job was nothing more than a very expensive car wash. Won’t use again. Very disappointed. The tech was very nice but quality of work simply isn’t up to par.? In addition 15% tip was automatically added. I would not have tipped $91 for the work done. I got the basic car wash service but paid for Titanium. ”
