“The guys were courteous, and professional, but the cleaning was, in my opinion, not worth $200.00 The whole reason why I called for this service was to have a chocolate almond milk stain taken care of. This stain was located in the bottom of the seat, the sponge part. They were not able to clean it, in fact, it turned pink. Car smelled nice so I considered the matte taken care of. I also left all 4 windows open a bit, because the guys told me to. Later that day I got in the car with my family to go out, and a worse smell was in the car. I also noticed the inside of the windshield was no cleaned properly as they missed some large spots. I would have given the service a 4, but they did not take care of the problem, which is the whole reason I purchased the service in the first place. Other than that they were very punctual and they were here for about an hour.”

“The wash job was OK. They said they couldn't get fingerprints off of flat black. However, when the detailer arrived, he said he couldn't process a credit card and didn't know what price was quoted. The ATM was down at our hotel. He wouldn't even attempt to run the card and wanted to follow me to a working ATM. (Just what I want to do... go to an ATM with a stranger) Once my boss had to come down and supply the cash we got a handwritten receipt on a blank piece of paper . I won't be using this service again.”
