“The tech missed a spot. My carpet still has salt stains in the carpet. Is it possible to get him to come back and address? Otherwise the experience was good. ”

“Still dirt or rocks on the 2nd row floors, polish not completely rubbed in on the driver window ledge. Water marks on the back end of the vehicle like it just come out of the car wash. Smudges on the windows, for a Gold package I expect a little better. ”

“This is the worse detail job I have ever got. $235.00 inside detail only and $75.00 extra for pet hair. I still see some pet hair on my dash and everything is dull. I was expecting some ARMOR ALL Protectant at least, for a little shine.”
