“The person was late... Arrived approximately 1000. Since I had two vehicles done. The first was the dirtiest truck. When he was completed the man let me know so I went out there in garage to switch vehicles, the keys were missing he didn't show any concern. This vehicle is my son auto. Who has keys to my home, his home and his car. I used my spare key to move it. Then I called you guys about this concern and then he found them about one hour late(approx). I was so most concern that I called my son who was in New Zealand to make sure how many keys on the ring then I called my brothers to come over. You don't have to worry about me calling back. Thank you for this opportunity to express my displeasure”

“The technician had trouble with card charge machine. He put the card thru twice and both times he said it didn't go thru. Since I am not familiar with those machines I had to take his word for it. He said he would check on it and call me when he got home. I have not heard from. I checked my bank and there is a double charge on my card. It is a holiday so I can't contact my bank. t”
