“The seats were not cleaned good.”

“Although our technician did a great job on our vehicle and was eager to make sure our vehicle met our requests and satisfaction, he was almost 2 and a half hours late from the promised time I was given which caused us to force family that was visiting to sit around and wait as well as have to cancel dinner reservations. He had called about 2 hours before our scheduled appointment time to ask me if I still wanted my service (understandable with the weather we were having) and when I told him yes because of a time crunch due to my husband's military orders, he seemed upset and told me I was going to have wait around because he had his daughter and his wife wouldn't be home until after 5pm, well past or promised schedule time and he didn't think we would still want our service. I was a little upset by that since I had scheduled the appointment a day in advance and feel that this should be planned for even with poor weather.”

“There was no dressing on exterior black rubber trim, there is a lot of smeared swirls on the windows, a heavy smearing oil bas ed substance all over the Guage clear lens. For what I paid for the detail, I expected a #1 quality job and I didn't get that..”
