“Did not arrive in the arrival window. Did arrive 5 minutes after the time indicated in the last text reminder but still out side the 10-1 window. There was no identification as to who the individuals were, no signage on truck, no shirts to say who they worked for. Smudges left on the outside of the car. Techs left with out the person being able to look over the car and with out asking if everything looked okay. Just left the premises. ”
