“ I was very happy with all services provided. However due to my own lack of scrutiny of the package purchased I was disappointed that the leather was not cleaned before it was conditioned. Cleaning was not stated as part of the package but I assumed that it would be cleaned before it was treated as that order of services seems logical to me and treatment without cleaning does not make sense to me ”
