“I sent in an email with pics on this too. I was not satisfied. I paid a GOLD Detailing Package - Combines the complete EXTERIOR detail and hand wax with Interior vacuum, wipe down, and leather/vinyl dressings. Additional I paid for a polymer sealant. The package clearly indicates it includes: - Exterior dressing of plastics - Clay prep all painted surfaces to remove harmful contaminants The exterior plastic was not dressed! The car paint feels rough so there is no way it was clayed properly. A clayed car feels as smooth as brand new glass. Additionally the leather interior was not dressed and some of the interior plastic still showed some dirt. When they told me they were done I could clearly first see the exterior plastic was not addressed. I asked them to address it and was told they didn’t have the product to do it and it costs extra. At that point I was pissed and asked if they needed anything from me and they said you paid online so all was set. For the cost, this was the worst value for a detail ever. The car even has several spots where there are still tar spots. I’m not sure what I got besides a wash, interior clean, and some quick detailer wipe downstairs . I’m not paying the fee bc the work wasn’t done per the agreement. Disappointed and dissatisfied, Kurt ”

“As you were professionals we expected much better cleaning job we still see a lot of strains left when asked for the same they said that they are rigid strains can’t be removed, After yours team left we tried ourselves and could clean the strains ourselves with little more effort. Not to blame anyone .. Overall we are Not Satisfied with car interior detailing, ”

“My antenna cover was broken during the pressure wash, but Liam promised he would take care of it and have it replaced at his expense. I appreciate his honesty and await him coming thru with my replacement. ”
