“The technician did a good job overall, but one of the door pockets still had trash in it and I had to revaccuum the cargo area. Also he didn’t roll the windows down and clean tops of them and they were still dirty. Otherwise he did a good job. He was very polite and courteous and took his time. ”

“everything--the finished job did not live up to the advertized performance. i have almost 200 pictures of the poor job this person did. i expect you to live up to the promise of performance you made. in other words send someone out to do the job correctly or refund me my money. i was prepared to give the tech a healthy tip, but after inspecting the finished job i wouldn't tip him a dime.”
