“Was not satisfied with the job that was done. It could have been completed faster if they both worked at the same time rather than one watching the other work. There were still stains in the carpet that I was able to remove myself afterwards with Resolve. I spent $171 and here I am doing the job they should have done. And to top it all off, when they techs left they backed into our other car.”

I don't understand why it is so difficult to return my payment using PayPal, the same method I used to overpay for services as well as pay an additional 20.00 tip.
