“The detailer was wonderful. Such a hard worker. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with customer service who just gave me lip service to my requests For instance, I requested he arrive as close to 10:00 as possible, and after after assuring me she would pass along my request, sent a text saying 10:00 - 1:00. And the guy didn’t show up till 1:30.! You would do well to be honest with your customers, and not just tell them what you think they want to hear! ”

“Mel used a dry wash, he wiped down my vehicle. I left my home retuned in 30 min. Found him sitting in his van. I recently had my car detailed so vacuuming was the easiest to do, backseat was the biggest issue. He said the job was complete at 4:00 pm. He didnt arrive to 250 pm. I was charged additional $95.00 for leather cleaner to clean the vomit. That's not special agent for cleaning human fluid. He had to go back and clean twice as the back seat was not clean. I don't think he shampooed my carpet. . I can't believe $ 296.00 for wiping of the exterior and cleaning of my backseat. Unhappy Customer Connie Joseph ”
