“The detailing was well done, but the detailer called me complaining about his checks bouncing and demanding that I pay him. I explained I booked through your service and that I would imagine he gets paid through you somehow. Also he let our customers know that he had been in prison years ago, and just recently got out after being in for an additional 8 months. ”

“Minivan service was good. Car service did not meet expectations, marks still on everywhere inside and outside. Not happy. Asked for recommendation on better car service when tech arrived but did not get one. Spent extra time on minivan, less time on car cleaning. Felt service was slow on minivan but came out well. There was one food stain in the back, charged extra soil fee of $120. Need to discuss that with owner as I was not informed of extra fee before starting the service even though I mentioned it before tech started cleaning. ”
