“I already call your customer service on. 6/18 whennyour mechanic was on the job about the diss a tisfsction of the job.paying 189.00 should give a very hood cleaning.My door railings were not cleaning properly.Stain of the upholstery not removed and he says he will remove the stais next time.He dont have a steam cleaner either.Your customer service person supposed to call me back.I am totally dissatisfied with your se.rvice.”

“What was done, was done well. However they did not open the trunk to vacuum or wipe down anything in that area. Trunk was left untouched. Also neglected to open a small center console and vacuum it out (5 second job). Operator was friendly, polite, and worked hard just missed a few details. Your prices are higher than most in the area but considering the at home service and convenience of a next day appointment it was worth it; however, details matter in a detailing business and missing an entire compartment is not good. In fairness the operator asked if I saw anything he missed or if there was anything else he could do, and I did not open the trunk otherwise I am sure he would have taken care of it. I only found it the next day and then had to break out my shop vac and cleaning rags to finish the job. After paying $339 for the Titanium service that was a little frustrating.”
