“There were a few things that weren't as clean as i would hav liked them. I was able to clean it myslef so i know for sure it could have been cleaned. However, since it was so hot out i let her do it in our shop instead of outside, maybe it was too dark in there. I did ask her to redo the creaces in the seats though and they still were not good. ”

“He was late. I think the car could have been cleaned a bit better. There were quite a few spots ,like the doors jams that could have been cleaned. I had to show him several areas that needed to be cleaned. The lint from the cloth he used was all over the interior surfaces. He said I got the silver package,but I paid him $150 plus . That is the gold package. I think I got screwed over,because I was in a hurry. I could have cleaned the car better,if I have an extra hour. Wa really hoping for a better job.”

“I have mixed feelings about my service. We had a group of us get our cars done one the same day. My car was done last I think because I leave the latest at 6pm and I purchased the most expensive package of the bunch, the Gold Detail package. The parts that were cleaned were very nice. The inside dash area/center console and the outside trim were both excellent. The carpets were vacuumed thoroughly. I was a little disappointed about a couple things. When I brought the car home, I went to put the seat down in the back and when I lifted the carpet out of the way, it was still full of sand underneath. As well as in the edges of cargo area. It is completely flat behind the driver & passenger seats. The floor of the Element is full plastic so I use 'area' carpets to stop shifting cargo when the back seats are up. The front of the car was fine. It was the large removable carpet in the back that was hiding all the dirt. The carpet must be moved to lock the back seats back down.”

“The car was basically washed, wiped down and swept . The cup holders were still dirty, missed spots on the bumper, grill and good. And according to the email it was supposed to be clay barred. Definitely not worth the money. The convenience was nice and the tech was very nice. For two hours worth of work at 140 is a poor investment ”

“Both people who showed up were very friendly and I liked them right away. Made a great impression on me. The carpet and seats looked new. Loved the great smell that permeated the car. However, the Windows looked undone. In the shade they looked great but, when I moved the car into the sun, the windshield and back window looked really bad. My driver window had something on the outside before they arrived and it was still there when they left. I have a feeling they did not clean the outside of the Windows. Anyway, I know from my own experience that I have experienced the same experience when I go from shade to sun after I have washed my own Windows. They knew I was wanting a good job on the Windows and they even asked me what I thought. Yes, they looked great in the shade. So, I give a score of 4 because, of the Windows. There are bug marks, smears, streaks, etc..... ”
