“I asked for the service technician to get a scratch out of my car, he told me it was done, charged me an extra 60, once the car dried it was still there, hadn't been touched. Inside looked great outside didn't look like 400$ worth. I have had my car done before for 225 and it look the same as the 400$”

“Car was not fully dry and there is now a mildew smell in the car. Some areas were not fully cleaned. The central console still had dirt and leaves inside it. There was also mud still on the foot pad on driver side. ”
