And the service score would have been a 5 except that they arrived an hour later than the appointment window and a dirty cup holder which I had pointed out was not cleaned. The supervisor was great. I would use Car Detailing again and would recommend your service to friends. Thanks”

“It was great service. The guys who came out were friendly and nice. But, I just found out today when I open my car hood that my engine was not cleaned. I got the platinum package and the engine compartment wiped down was part of the package. Is there something that can be done about that?”
