“The end result was great and the technician did a good job. However it took him 5 hours. The main issue is that he asked me to call his manager (his manager didn’t call me), who then informed me that I needed to pay more (an error on my part) and that they were not the company that took the order, they didn’t know about the discount I received, and they would not have come all the way to Pacifica had they have known. This left a bad taste in my mouth as I was not aware of the fact it was not the company I had booked with and frankly, I don’t need to know those details - I just wanted my car detailed. I would think twice about using this service again, sadly.”

Still dirty that I had to wipe myself is pretty disappointing. Vacuuming was good, but for the amount of money and tip paid, I expected a little more elbow grease especially since there were 2 people here and only here for about 2 hours.... I won’t be using your service again”
