“Technician was prompt, courteous and did a wonderful job ”

“Job is not complete ! ! ! Technicians left at 10:00 PM and there was no opportunity to inspect the vehicles. It was too dark to inspect the cars but I do know the tires were not dressed on one of the vehicles. While the technicians "seemed" to work hard to complete the work, communication between them and the office and between the office and me was suspect. I specifically requested the vehicles to be billed separately as one is a company vehicle and one was a Mothers Day present on a personal car. I am not sure how you consider a job complete and bill for it when it the job is not inspected ! ! ! Very Disappointed ! ! !”
