“A lot of detailing was not done like he should have there's still a lot of dirt and grime that was missed I'm not sure why he did not take his time cuz it only took him so about 40 minutes to clean it it would have taken me about 4 hours to clean I would like someone to come out and redo it the correct way if I have to pay the full price”

“The tech that came was very nice, and the interior looks good. Some people have vices, mine is getting my cars detailed and when I checked out my truck up close when the tech had left I was really just sad. I was charged $550.00 and got a good car wash and clean interior. I never mind paying a premium on something as long as I get what I pay for. I know it is a big truck and the tech was here for several hours, so I thought I would just get charged for what was done and I would have been just fine with that, But I was charged for the Titanium Detail Package and $25 extra for the polymer Sealant. 1)The roof was not done and is still rough to the touch. 2)The engine compartment wasn't even touched. 3)The headliner wasn't spot treated and still had hand marks. 4)The hood of the truck was still rough to the touch. 5) The car was not clay prepped. 6) The car was not compounded 7) I don't no if the wax was put on or the polymer sealant. some parts are shiny with dirt underneath and swirls.”
