“I chose the gold package because I wanted the inside vacuumed and leather treated particularly the escape. It looks like the interior wasn't touched. Inside the doors and around the back gate is filthy as well as the back bumper under the back gate. I expect both prices to be adjusted to exterior wash only. I have pictures to support my position.”

“The car cleaner was 75 minutes late. I told the company when I booked there was no water to hook up it is a condo parking lot. The guy did a Very bad job which I reported with photos via chat on the website. Someone from the company called him & told him to redo it, which he did. However it was still not good. I didn’t realize just how horrible the car was till now when I got in to travel. I called customer service they said they have no record of my complaint from chat & refused to connect me to a manager telling me my only opinion is to email a support address. The WORST service ever!!! ”
