“*Vacuum entire interior and trunk: trunk was not touched
*Double Shampoo interior carpets, trunk and floor mats: trunk was not touched
*Double deep clean and condition leather seats OR deep clean and shampoo cloth seats: cloth seats were washed, but there are still some stains are now larger than they were
*Stain Removal: meh….
*Clean seat belts: not done
*Clean door jambs: inside of doors are still gross. I don’t know exactly what qualifies as “jambs”, but inside doors are still gross
*Clean all interior compartments: the middle arm rest compartment is still dirty. Sticky even.”

“The technician had trouble with card charge machine. He put the card thru twice and both times he said it didn't go thru. Since I am not familiar with those machines I had to take his word for it. He said he would check on it and call me when he got home. I have not heard from. I checked my bank and there is a double charge on my card. It is a holiday so I can't contact my bank. t”

“Because I purchased the superior interior service, I expected that all of my interior stains would be removed. However, several stains still exist, and I had to look for my floor mats that were not replaced. The man who completed my service, however, was very good and kind and prompt and worked hard.”
