“Chris was absolutely amazing! Not only did he fix all of the issues that were wrong with my previous detail, he worked on my car for over two hours to make sure that all of the previous stains (that the first detail company brought up) were gone. I'm happy to report that there are zero stains in my seats on my car.
He was also a perfect gentleman, and his customer service skills are top notch!”

“Two kids show up, one of them in a sling. He said he dislocated both shoulders last week in a motocross accident.
There were brown spots on the seats that weren't there before I had it cleaned. His response was, ""That happens when it's wet, but it'll go away when it dries."
Last - the liner wasn't scrubbed at all. His response was because he couldn't lift his arms to scrub it. He claims that the other kid did it, but it was bone dry.
Why is this kid working if he's injured? I am positive that the owner of the company would never let somebody work if he knew he had an injury. That's a liability. He took a check and I wrote it in his name: 'Tanner Williams'. I'm not sure if I was supposed to do that, but that's what he told me to do.
I did inform Jon through the live chat, so it should be fixed shortly.

“We consider the work done to be 'outstanding'... not just speaking of the looks of the car (that was great) but the 'customer service' -- meaning it was a very important service as the car was destined to be given that next day to a grandchild and we wanted it to look great too. And it did. ”
