“after service, the technician came up to my room and tried to come in, but I blocked it, he then asked to use the bathroom so I let him, but I kept the door open and it appeared like he did not want to leave my hotel room. I left my door open, just for my safety, he also kept stating that he would help me with my back up to my room.”
