“I was ask what service i was looking for. I explained that my car was smelling bad and that have staine inside. So i was offered 2 shampoo inside and car wash out side with wax and that the cost was $279.00. Fist of all my appointment was at 4:00pm with a window open to 6:00. I received a call around 5:45 saying that he just realized that he need it especiall quimicals to clean the inside of my car that he will have to go and made the mix and will call me when he was on his way to my house. I again call him around 9:30Pm. He said that he was already in his way to my house. He arrived at 10:00 and started cleaning my car inside. He told my husband that he was going to focuse more in the inside of the car. He left my house around 12:00am i was already sleeping. When i wake up the next day i was very disappointed. The car was not wash outside or the window inside. They damaged some of my interior. He didn't was the seat bell. When I call the guy he just gave me excuses. Do not want them b”
