“The man came out here twice to finish the job. The first time he did not touch the roof or the roof luggage rack or the chrome rails on the luggage rack. There was still dirt on the roof. He denied it, saying it was just oxidation. Wrong! And I have photos. He just forgot. He came back out and the job is still unsatisfactory. But he proved himself wrong. Because there was an improvement. Only just an improvement not a job Well done. I paid for a platinum service, and I tipped him well. He came back out and the job is still unsatisfactory. But he proved himself wrong. Because there was an improvement. Only just an improvement not a good job Well done. The platinum service includes a clay preparation to remove harmful contaminants. They certainly did not do that on the roof! The service also includes wipe down engine bay. The technician never popped the hood. There’s still leaves in the track. There’s dirt under the gas cap cover. All in all , a poor job done by basically unskilled labor.”
