“When I spoke to someone to get the service, (I have 2 vehicles F150 Ford crew cab and a 2018 750i BMW), I was told they would do evrything they could to remove smoke smell from the truck I just bought. I know it's a hard task, but I was assured that they would shampoo the carpet and head-liner. They did not! I was told that it wouls damage the headliner and the carpet to get too much water on it. he said they would just "spot clean" it. They did dampen the carpet, but missed one side. They also left crumbs in some pockets and did not wipe down the inside of the door edges and trunk on the BMW. Left a "greasy" (Armorall?) substance on the right rear floor mat. said he would give me a receipt. haven't seen that yet (24 hrs. later). Sorry, but all the misses could have taken 1/2 hr. more. ”

“Inside of car was very greasy and all glass, flat objects looked smudged. Windshield still has bugs all over it and carpets were not that clean.
UPDATE: Offered to to have the detailers go back the following day to address the issues. Customer said she already took care of it herself. No further action.”
