“Representative complained about the state of the car then said that it would take multiple details to clean . There was also unexplained damage to the car fabric on the back seat and in the trunk . The representative called the corporate office to try to get me to sign on for a platinum detailing because he felt it required more work. He was denied and the corporate office said the package was sufficient for this particular vehicle. Even after corporate told him it was sufficient he still said it would take a couple more times. I have done business with you all before about a year ago with an older and dirtier car . The representative did an amazing job car was like brand new (this was a 20 year old car)- even though I got a package that actually cost less. This time I purchased a more expensive package because this is a newer car that I am trying to trade. I am disappointed. ”
