“Your text nation was very unprofessional. Their streaks all over the camper. Not sure what kind of soap that he used? I was very nice to him. I never raised my voice to him, but I was explaining to him. Why are the streaks all over the camper. It looked like it was dried soap. I took my hand and wiped off some of the streaks. The technician told me that they will come back, which they did not come back, which tells me it was not clean very well. Your technician told me that he was frustrated and he was leaving. The camper looks worse now than it did before. I’ve already filled out one of these reviews on Saturday. If I cannot get this resolved, I assure you that I’ll will let every one that I can know not to use this company again. I’ve already sent pictures on the review I sent in this past Saturday. I’m not a very picky person, but this is unacceptable. Thank you.”

“After the technician left, I moved my car back, and the windows are completely dirty with streaks Still some bug residue I asked him if the car was clay barred like the package stated he said yes, but I wouldn’t agree….he stated I should’ve gotten a buffing service Seem like he was in a rush to get out and the same hashbrowns or chips I told him about earlier are still between the seats This is a lease end cleaning, so I’m not gonna be overly picky as I would be with my Tesla and other Volkswagen but I wouldn’t use this service again ”

“The paint is hazy and smeary looking on the hood. Not all swirl marks were removed. Glass in the entire car is hazy and back window has water spots. Totally missed the trunk threshold, very dirty. Totally missed the bottom panel on the back, it was dirty and not dressed. Rear tail lights were lightly scratched as if by a motorized brush or polisher. This is the worst detail I’ve ever had and the most expensive. I wish to have a refund as I’m going to have to replace the rear lights and need to have the clay bar and ceramic coating redone. Looks good in the sun but the defects stand out under artificial light. I definitely don’t want the person that did the work to have a tip. ”

“This is probably the best car detail I’ve had done, since moving to Tennessee. Jay was very nice. The only thing is that the windows were not wiped as well as they could have been. ”
