“The technicians had no uniform, name tag, or any way to identify themselves as working for the company. They didn’t introduce themselves by name either. I found this a bit odd and unsettling. That said, they arrived on schedule and worked hard and I’m satisfied with the end result. ”

“Thought this would be worth $200 since a “professional” service is supposed to deliver. higher quality service than the neighborhood parking lot detailer. Dissatisfied with results. Although the website said the tech would let me know prior to cleaning if additional cleaning/costs may be necessary, he never said that I needed extra cleaning,. I would have paid extra. Now I’m having to go back over multiple areas that weren’t thoroughly cleaned. Cleaned out my trunk so it could be vacuumed but it wasn’t touched. Won’t use again and won’t refer.”
