“Good job overall, as expected.
However, the roof of the car was not washed or waxed. When they were completed, I walked around the car, pointed to a couple of spots, asked them to please armor all the tires, which had not been done.
Then I looked at the roof, which had not been touched.. No wash, no wax. Since the car had already been “completed,” they just wiped it down, whatever they could reach..
If this was a $50 detail, I’d have expected what I got. For $228, it was barely a 3.”

“Would have given a 5 but after the ladies left and I got in my car I realized the inside windows of the backseat were still gross (especially the one where my son sits). Also I knew my seats were wet but when I felt it I had brown sticky residue on my hand so I got paper towels and soaked up the frozen coffee I had spilled previously...you would have thought they would have done that. The stain was reactivated but needed a lot more work. Wish I wouldn’t have known before tipping 20% on an unfinished job. Still need to clean the windows...”
