“I was alerted that the workers arrived at 9:45 am. They weren’t here. I called back, and was informed that this was an accident. They showed up with 20 minutes left in the window. They said it would take 45-60 mins, but ended up taking over 3 hours. They also forgot their hose. Overall their performance was great and the car looks good, but the service was subpar. ”
