“The Platinum was for my 4Runner. Older detailer worked hard, other one not so much. Could not communicate with them very well. I work at home so I checked with them periodically. I had to remind them of the steps in the package. One time they said the 4Runeer was close to done, and when I asked them about waxing it, they then decided to do it. They left rubbing compound and a spraywax trigger spray in my garage. Not sure why they would use those items. I hand washed the 4Runner today, and while the finish was smooth, the water did not even bead on the car and their is just not much wax on it., In fact, rather dull. The inside work was OK, but again, they did not properly "finish" the car finish job, in my opinion. They also did my very expensive BMW X6M, (exterior Titanium package), it looks OK, but why use rubbing compound on it? Did they clay-bar?? Did they apply a quality wax? I am very familiar with what a high cost, high quality exterior detail would look like. This is not it. ”
