“When booking the apt it was noted that the vehicle would be shampooed and wiped down, however the vehicle was not shampooed and we had to have the tech return to the vehicle to finish wiping it down after he said he was done. I was later informed that the tech normally doesn't do office calls as he prefers to do household calls. It was noted when I booked the apt that there was not a source for water or electric and this factor was not taken into consideration when choosing which tech to send to our office. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the supervisor I was basically dismissed and had to pay full price for a detail package that we did not receive. ”

“Manuel was sent late and it started to rain so I told him he could do the work under our carport and moved my car. He was very thorough and courteous and did a marvelous job. He had a lot of equipment in his vehicle to do his work. When he was done I spoke with his supervisor and mentioned my satisfaction with his work. I do not understand to this time about the tax that was added to the $119 interior detailing only. We are in Tennessee and I thought the tax is 9.75 percent and my total quoted is $131.86 and I don't get the math. Please let me know what I really owe and thank you for sending a wonderful young man with perfect work ethics.”

“At best this was a C- job. Had to walk around the truck and point out all of the shortcomings. This was not a $235 job, at best perhaps a $100 detail job. I will spend some time tomorrow completing the job that should have been done today.
Next time send 2 technicians on a job, don't look for any more business from me or those I come in contact with who are looking for a GOOD car detailed.”
