“Very happy with the detailing results on my Subaru. However I was to receive a 20% discount which was not applied. This car was scheduled to be detailed the previous Friday only to find out at noon that day that they could not make it. Since I am a commuter this was very inconvenient. Thus the 20% discount.
I would also add I was not as happy with the results on my F150 which was done this past Monday. I do not believe the used the clay bar as the surface was very gritty upon completion. I even picked off small specks with my finger nail. This would not be the case if it was claybared.
I am anticipating the 20% discount to be applied. And a response to the clay bar issue.

“The technicians were punctual and polite. They did a very speedy job and then told me they were done, I looked inside and was not happy with the upholstery or a few New floor mats they cleaned but was not sure what to really expect, or a listing of what they really did. after payment and tip they left and I went out to take a look over. I told the lady I spoke with on the phone I was about ready to go out and finish the job myself. There was no finish put on the dash or doors to shine, still grime in the gear shaft and inside all 4 doors and dust still on the back windshield dash., Nothing shined for $189,.00, even the inside of glass was not cleaned. I was upset I didn't look over it thoroughly while they were at my home. I felt sick about spending the money and then tipping Both Techs. Joe and the other need to know the meaning of detail. I finally got him to come back and had to go over every single thing and show him what to do, that just isn't right, And I gave each $10.”

“Good morning. You are asking me to let you know how satisfied I was with my detail. First of all, there are not enough words to describe how satisfied I am. Your staff was so very personable, and hard workers taking pride in every step that was completed. I was amazed with all the things that they did like taking out the seats and making sure everything was perfect inside and out. I am planning on having your guys come once a month to just keep it in the condition they left it. Also my friend is going to want some detail work done. I would rate my detail 5 out of 5 stars.”
