“Last year when they worked on my other Lexus, it took them almost 2 hours. This year, it took them one hour. Length of time is not used to measure performance. I did go out and check on them, and I don't believe they wax my car. Waxing the car is important to me, because it makes it a little harder to key the car - because my other Lexus is full of scratches (from keying) - this is the reason I have detailing done to my car. Please ask them if they wax my car.”
