“I think I expected more for $229. Outside looked pretty hood, but like I went over the window frames with a damp rag and dirty stuff came off. Inside job was poor. It was a horse trailer and they didnt even swing the stall dividers open to get to the other side of them, lots of dirt that could easily have been wiped off, and the inside of the windows had not even been cleaned. I spent several hours cleaning the inside myself the next day. Hiring you guys was supposed to eliminate that need.”

“car paint not clay-bar, the floor mats were not shampooed just vacuumed and the wheel wells were left dirty and not sprayed with the clear treatment. I am a car guy and this was not the best Detail I had done.. to me the guy seemed in a hurry to go somewhere. yes the car looks good but it looked good before the detail. i can talk to someone if they want to talk to me.”

“My interior was clean from the start, I wanted to get my vehicle detailed specifically to remove the light swirls in the paint, so I went with the $339 Titanium package that kinda covered everything. Aside from knocking an emblem of my trunk, the detailer did not use a clay brick on my vehicle. When I noticed him starting to wax the car, I asked about the clay brick and his response was that he already did it, that it was in the liquid wash..., really???? I have had my car clay bricked several times before and not once was it done while washing the vehicle. My vehicle still has the light swirls. I had to remind him to wipe down the engine compartment in which he just spray shined a dirty engine, I would have prefered a wipe down instead of shining my dirty engine. This package is suppose to come with headlight restoration, which was not competed on my car, I guess he forgot.. I gave this service a 2.5 because the interior cleaning was good. The service I got was $150 not $339.”
