“Left a scratch on my new pickup door, as well as a scratch on the leather arm rest. The cars reeked of cheap carpet cleaner. On top of that, it was not washed well. Several bug spots on the vehicle. No sign of clay bar or paste wax. I was extremely disappointed. It could have been because the person arrived right at dark and couldn't see what they were doing. ”

“First time using. Schedule was 4-6pm. Arrived 6:35m. Kept me posted. Messed up supper plans. Was apologetic polite. Was dark when started and finished. Really could not see the details. Miss understood what hand waxing was to be. Used spray on wax. Was anticipating true hand rubbed wax. Interior look good. Windows needed second cleaning once daylight and I was on my trip. Extrrior has some missed spots.
Will try again only due to Arron was very polite and apologetic. ”
