“Luis arrived for a 9:00 am appointment @ 10:00 am and was finished by 11:05. The car looks good, but I'm not convinced that he did anything beyond washing and vacuuming. I asked him what type of wax he used and he said paste wax, While I was not watching him the whole time, I was in and out of the house while he was working and did not see him apply any wax to the car. I have a hard time believing that one person can: Complete outside wash Hand dry with clean microfiber towels to protect your paint Clean and degrease wheels and tires Apply tire and wheel dressing Clean all door jambs and trunk seals Clean exterior windows Exterior dressing of plastics Clay prep all painted surfaces to remove harmful contaminants Apply high quality wax by hand to all painted surfaces Vacuum seats, carpets, trunk and floor mats Wipe down all interior surfaces Apply UV protectant to all hard interior surfaces Wipe down any leather surfaces and apply a conditioner plus windows in just over an hr. ”

“I deserve another car detail at no cost. My headliner was not spot cleaned, the engine was not wiped down (leaves and sticks still under hood), there is still bug guts on the hood and front end (i dont think it was waxed at least not well), there is still ashes by the seats and grass by the pedals. Which makes me think the carpet wasnt cleaned. Ive paid $200 for a car to be detailed before to other places and they were pristine! This looks exactly like when I clean it myself. Not what I expect for $200. So how are you going to fix this? ”
