“The overall cleaning and detailing was fine but on post inspection they caused a problem in that on the rear gate of my Subaru Forrester the area where the Subaru emblem is that plastic piece that goes across the back gate was popped up and I’m not sure why and they couldn’t fix it. I’m upset now because now there is damage to the car and I can’t get it fixed because my daughter is getting married next week”

“Jimmy was awesome... very friendly from jump and did a great job on the truck. Said he'd be ~1.5-2hrs and was here for 3 hours. I gave him some cash as tip but as I started restocking the truck and seeing what a great job he did, I decided to put a bit more on CC for tip. Great job all around and super simple to book.
