“The car was not cleaned whatsoever. I could not even tell it was “detailed” and it is a shame to spend $229 for what is claimed to be a premium package. The cleaners were not here for the expected time it would take (3 hours for platinum) and I could have done a better job with just a bucket of water. The seats do not look like they were shampooed and there is hair and debris still on the floor and underneath the seats. I would not recommend the cleaners that worked on my vehicle to anyone. ”

“The girl who came was amazing! She was quick and detailed! The car looks brand new! However, I was not impressed with your system or the people I worked with! If I’m paying over $200 for car detailing I would appreciate some customer service and less attitude. I was simply asking a question about my car, which is an extended cab and not a crew cab (crew cab is 6 seats not 5 look it up) on the car information book it is extended cab! I was so disgusted with the online response I got. ”
